A. Product Introduction   

    This test chamber is engineered to deliver precisely controlled environments encompassing high temperature, low temperature, high humidity, and low humidity. It is designed to evaluate the degradation of material properties and mechanical strength of rubber, plastics, and electronic components before and after accelerated aging tests. Additionally, the chamber can replicate container microclimates to assess color fading and dimensional shrinkage in materials exposed to elevated temperature and humidity conditions. The system supports comprehensive testing of heat resistance, cold resistance, dryness resistance, and moisture resistance across a wide range of materials. It is widely adopted in industries including electronics, electrical appliances, battery manufacturing, automotive parts, metals, chemicals, building materials, paper products, and food packaging, as well as in universities, research institutes, and inspection and quarantine authorities for quality assurance and product validation.

C. Chamber Construction

    The chamber features a three-section modular design, comprising the test chamber (upper left, insulated stainless steel interior, left-hinged single door), the electrical control cabinet (right side, with controller and indicators), and the mechanical compartment (below, housing compressor and piping). The exterior is coated steel, while the interior is SUS#304 stainless steel, with 100 mm flame-retardant polyurethane or fiberglass insulation.

    The single door uses a heated anti-frost frame and double-layer silicone seals to prevent condensation. A large heated 3-layer vacuum observation window with two LED lamps ensures clear visibility. The unit includes one Φ100 mm test port, four lockable swivel casters with leveling feet, and a floor load capacity of 800 kg/m², with reinforced channel steel and an anti-slip stainless steel floor plate for uniform load distribution.
