A. Product introduction

The Izod impact testing machine is used to measure the impact toughness of non-metallic materials such as plastics, reinforced nylon, fiberglass, ceramics, cast stone, plastic electrical appliances, and insulating materials.

The plastic pendulum impact tester is a commonly used equipment for quality inspection in scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, and non-metallic material manufacturers. This plastic impact test apparatus is an instrument with simple structure, easy operation and high testing accuracy. The digital display impact testing machine adopts high-precision encoder technology and has the characteristics of high accuracy, good stability and large measurement range. Digital measurement displays the impact strength and average value, automatic correction of energy loss, printing test report and other functions.

C. Features

• High-precision intelligent controller, equipped with LCD display, can read data intuitively and accurately

• The use of carbon fiber pendulum rods improves the rigidity of the material in the impact direction and maximizes the impact mass on the center of mass of the pendulum, truly achieving a vibration-free impact test and extending the service life.

• Using imported high-resolution digital encoders, the angle measurement accuracy is higher and more stable.

• The aerodynamic impact hammer and imported ball bearings greatly reduce the friction loss caused by the machine.

• Automatically calculate the final result, the test data can save 24 sets of data and calculate the average

• The Plastic can choose Chinese and English operation interfaces, and the test results can be chosen in J/m, KJ/㎡, kg-cm/cm, ft-ib/in and other units.

• Built-in micro printer. 24 test data values can be printed one by one, and the average value can also be printed.
