The dual optical path design monitors the energy fluctuation of the light source while measuring the sample signal, reduces interference during measurement, obtains higher measurement stability, and improves the measurement repeatability index of the instrument to dE*ab≤0.03. Guarantee the high standard of measuring speed, accuracy, stability and inter-stage difference consistency of the instrument.

(2) Innovative nano-integrated optics with a thickness of 5 microns
Innovation is the soul. After nearly 10 years of painstaking research, the instrument uses nano-integrated optical devices as the light-splitting device. Only an optical device with a thickness of 5 microns is required to achieve nano-level light-splitting capabilities. 2. Product Features
(1) Ultra-high repeatability accuracy: dE*ab≤0.03

The repeatability evaluation standard of the DS620 spectrophotometer adopts strict standards, showing excellent repeatability performance.

(2) Excellent inter-station consistency
Excellent technology and craftsmanship ensure that DS620 has excellent inter-platform consistency. The BCRA series of standard color bricks are used for color transfer and color value traceability, which ensures the excellent inter-stage difference level of the instrument.
(3) The calibration base and the zirconium reference with a Mohs hardness of 9 calibrate the instrument to ensure the long-term stability of the instrument
Compared with existing products, the DS620 spectrophotometer does not require frequent manual calibration when in use. As long as it is placed on the calibration base, the instrument will automatically calibrate the overall instrument function and accuracy according to its own status and environmental factors, ensuring that the instrument is always In a stable state, ready to call at any time.
The white plate in the calibration base is the working basis of the instrument. Through long-term investment and research, the zirconium material known as "artificial diamond" is integrated as a calibration whiteboard, and the surface Mohs hardness reaches 9. Since the material itself has hardness and stability comparable to diamonds, it is guaranteed that the surface of the calibration whiteboard will not be scratched, and will not change color with changes in temperature and humidity. Compared with foreign and domestic similar products, ordinary industrial ceramics or even plastics are used as calibration whiteboards, which further improves stability and durability and ensures the performance of the instrument.

(4) DS620 supports 3 measurement calibers to choose from
In order to facilitate users to measure samples of different sizes, DS620 spectrophotometer supports three calibers for customers to use: Φ8mm/Φ11mm+Φ4mm/Φ6mm+3mm, which can be flexibly applied to various use and test conditions.

DS620 spectrophotometer provides spectral reflectance, CIE-Lab, CIE-LCh, ΔE*ab, hiding power, whiteness, yellowness and other 30+ measurement indicators; A, B, C, D50, D55, D65 and other near There are 40 evaluation light sources to choose from, covering almost all color measurement indicators and light source types in the industry.
(6) Built-in high-definition camera, clearly observe the measured area
The DS620 spectrophotometer can obtain images of the measured area through the camera during measurement, and can clearly locate the measured area of the sample to avoid inaccurate measurement caused by area errors.

(7) Support WeChat applet, Android, Apple, Hongmeng mobile APP
• DS620 spectrophotometer can be connected to various mobile phones through rich mobile terminal programs.
• The user no longer needs to transmit the color value of the sample and the real object, but can easily transmit the color data through WeChat.
• Users can search for the closest color in multiple sets of color cards.
• Users can create a personal color database, enter printing, paint, textile and other color card information, and the created color library can be uploaded to the cloud, data sharing among multiple devices, and color processing is more convenient.
• Enterprise users can create and manage their own color card information library and color formula in the cloud, and share the information library and color formula with their own users through a unique invitation code.

(8) Use the powerful PC-side color management system ColorExpert*
The DS620 spectrophotometer comes with the Windows color management system ColorExpert, which can be connected to the DS620 spectrophotometer through Bluetooth or USB cable.
ColorExpert is a full-featured color management software with four functional modules: My Color, Color Detection, Color Matching System, and Personal Center.

• In the "My Colors" function module, users can collect or create their own desired color library among hundreds of color libraries shared by other users. The computer software and the mobile APP can share the account, and the color library data follows the account to realize the synchronization of PC and mobile terminal information.
• In the "color detection" function module, the user can calibrate, measure and set the spectrophotometer through the computer software. Users can use the color in the cloud database as a standard sample to measure the color difference, view the spectrogram, color difference map, standard sample data, and export the desired data test report.
• In the "Color Matching System" function module, it can provide users with a more convenient and efficient color matching process. After the instrument measures the color of the sample, the system calculates the formula in the formula center and automatically corrects the color, and finally achieves an accurate match. It is suitable for computer automatic color matching applications in paint, coating, printing, textile and other fields.
• In the "Personal Center" function module, users can edit their own personal information, search or delete connected instrument information, manage downstream users, and manage the color library shared with downstream users.
