Our semi-automatic melt flow index tester (GC-MI-DP) measures MFR of thermoplastics (PC, nylon, PP) under controlled temp/load. It has dual temperature control (RT-400℃), imported sensors, and a Hastelloy alloy barrel. Compliant with GB/T3682-2018, ISO 1133, and ASTM D1238, it enables electric loading/unloading and auto-cutting. The touchscreen displays data, and a micro printer outputs results. Ideal for plastic production, petrochemicals, and research labs needing efficient batch testing.

Equipped with a double temperature control system and two imported sensors, the tester ensures stable heat distribution. It maintains a temperature range of RT-400℃, with a fluctuation of ±0.2℃ and a 4-hour drift of ≤0.5℃. The 10mm-70mm zone above the die has a temperature uniformity of ±1℃, guaranteeing consistent test conditions for reliable MFR results.


Semi-Automated Operation Saves Time & Labor

The motor-driven system automates heavy lifting (weight loading/unloading), material cutting, and timing (resolution 0.1s, adjustable 1-999s). This eliminates manual errors from hand-cutting or stopwatch use, while the option to switch between manual and automatic blanking lets operators adapt to non-standard samples.

The barrel is made of imported Hastelloy alloy (nitrided) to resist corrosion from humic acid, hydrochloric acid, and aggressive plastics.
