A. Product Introduction

GC-WDK-3C Vicat Testing Apparatus uses PLC programmable controller for temperature adjustment and touch screen display operation. It is mainly used to test the heat distortion temperature and Vicat softening point temperature of non-metallic materials such as plastics, rubber, nylon, electrical insulating materials, etc.

Convenient Operation: The HDT Tester high degree of automation reduces manual operation steps, saving time and labor costs, minimizing errors caused by human intervention, and improving testing efficiency.

Precise Measurement: Utilizing a high-performance temperature sensor and an advanced capacitive-type digital dial indicator, the instrument accurately measures even minute changes in the specimen. Furthermore, an advanced PID algorithm and a fully optically isolated phase-modulated module for temperature control maintain a heating rate error within 0.5°C, ensuring accurate and reliable measurement results.

Stable Temperature Control: Temperature signals are collected by a high-precision platinum resistance temperature sensor. Processed through a 24-bit A/D converter and digital and analog filtering, the instrument utilizes a 3KW3U heater and impeller agitator to ensure rapid, directional circulation of the heated oil within the chamber, maintaining a uniform temperature and ensuring stable temperature throughout the test.
