Product Description:
TGA Analyzer (TG, TGA) is to observe the change of the mass of the sample with temperature or time during the process of heating and constant temperature, and the purpose is to study the thermal stability and composition of the material.
Widely used in research and development, process optimization and quality control in various fields such as plastics, rubber, coatings, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, inorganic materials, metal materials and composite materials.

Structural advantage
1. The High - Performance TGA heating of the furnace body is made of custom-made nickel-chromium wire double-row winding, which reduces interference and is more resistant to high temperature.
2. The pallet sensor is made of alloy wire, which has the advantages of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
3. The power supply and circulation cooling part are separated from the host to reduce the influence of heat and vibration on the microthermal balance.
4. Advanced TGA Equipment adopts the upper opening structure, which is easy to operate. It is difficult to move the furnace body up to place the sample, and it is easy to cause damage to the sample rod.
Controller, software advantages
1. Imported ARM processor is adopted, with faster sampling speed and faster processing speed.
2. Four-way sampling AD collects TG signal and temperature T signal.
3. Heating control, using PID algorithm, precise control. Multi-stage heating and constant temperature
4. USB two-way communication is used between the software and the instrument to fully realize remote operation. The parameter setting of the instrument and the operation of the instrument can be stopped through the computer software.
5. 7-inch full-color 24bit touch screen, better man-machine interface. TG calibration can be realized on the touch screen
