How is this different from a two-zone thermal shock chamber?


This single-zone design avoids transfers, offers larger usable volume, and can control humidity. Thermal shock focuses on rapid transfers for interface stress. Selection depends on geometry and failure modes.

Can humidity be controlled during fast ramps?
